Framework - CBRN Research & Technology Initiative (CRTI): "Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Research & Technology Initiative (CRTI) represents the (Canadian) federal science community's response and commitment to providing sciience solutions to these issues. Through the creation of laboratory networks across the federal government that collaborate with industry, academia and first responder communities, CRTI will provide new knowledge, technology, and research necessary for CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear) response and preparedness."
Several elements of this work are very Foresight-like. There are scenario studies to explore possibilities and network actors, for instance.
